Software Development

Our software is developed in – house by professionals who have more than two decades of experience in software programming. Because we understand the needs of our clients, we can customize and modify our software to seamlessly integrate with most laundry and linen management software.

Equipment Integration and Interface 

The IntelTag System integrates equipment and supplies into our software that provides complete solutions for our customers. The main equipment integrated into all of the IntelTag Systems are RFID readers and/or barcode scanners as well as biometrics. Additionally, our IntelTag System interfaces together with other management systems as well as with uniform conveyor equipment.

RFID Technology

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields that quickly identifies, and tracks tags attached to objects. IntelTag use passive tags that collects an energy field from a nearby RFID reader and interrogates radio waves. Compared to the barcode, the tag does not need to be within the line of sight of the reader. This means that the tag can be embedded in the object being tracked. Every RFID tag contains a unique ID number. An RFID tag is attached to each individual linen and uniform piece. The RFID tags used by IntelTag is guaranteed to last for at least 200 industrial washes. Numerous RFID can be read simultaneously. 

Wireless Communication

Wireless communication is the electromagnetic transfer of information between two or more points that are not connected by an electrical conductor. Wireless operations allow for services that require long – range communications that are impossible to implement with the use of wires. IntelTag uses wireless communication in the form of the portable handheld RFID reader to enable the flexibility of recording activities with the linen and uniforms without needing to be at a computer. 

System Interfaces 

The IntelTag Systems interfaces and exchanges information with various components like inventory tracking through the laundry process, and therefore offers the most complete solution. Additionally, the IntelTag System interface with other management systems like human resources or purchasing, to exchange information automatically and quickly. 

Conveyor Interfaces

The IntelTag Laundry and Uniform Systems interface with the uniform conveyor equipment to coordinate uniform sorting automatically when distributing uniform and laundry to employees.
