REPORTS AND DELIVERY

What reports do you get, and how are they delivered?

Scheduled reports that arrive without anyone logging in, plus a portal for the people who want to drill down. IntelTagRFID is a UHF-RFID textile tracking and laundry reconciliation platform that delivers daily reconciliation documents, weekly variance analysis, monthly linen management reporting, and daily summaries over WhatsApp. The design assumption is that the people who most need the numbers are the least likely to open a dashboard.

Reports that come to you

Scheduled delivery covers daily Word reconciliation reports, automated weekly variance analysis by email, monthly linen management reports, and daily summaries and PDF reports over WhatsApp. A general manager, a financial controller and a laundry account manager each receive what they need without a login, which is usually the difference between a report being read and a report existing.

Narrative reporting, written rather than charted

Alongside the tabular reporting, narrative tabs are available that produce written interpretation — stock aging, usage, a procurement recommendation and an executive summary — generated by a language model from aggregated figures only, with no per-customer records sent. These are genuinely written summaries, available on request rather than enabled for every customer by default.

Findings, not just figures

Variance analysis produces a findings report with a plain-language root cause and numbered remediation actions, rather than leaving the reader to interpret a match ratio. Rolling send-versus-receive ratios are compared against a configured alert floor, 95% by default, with a separate flag above 105% for catch-up days, and zero-scan days identified separately as process failures rather than losses.

One portal, correctly partitioned

Each login is scoped by laundry, company, customer and site, with server-side checks on every drill-down rather than interface-level hiding. A multi-property group switches properties from a dropdown while each property sees only its own linen. Access requires credentials that are created and assigned, associated with the user’s domain and profile, which is what scopes the view to that customer’s own infrastructure and assets.
